the turning of plates
the wobble of sounds
instructions of mind
instruction goes round

the vision of beat
the sound of certain noise
the feel of vibrations
the guidelines of choice

commands without improvement

Not quite there

it was a burning cold day
it was raining drops of sun
it was a clear sky of clouds
many storms that there were none

it was a short and quick speech
it was a mean compliment
it was connecting but would not reach
it was still so it went

it was happily sad
it was terribly good
it was well known yet confused
it would'nt because it would

It knew where it was
but it wasn't quite there

Charms of a Cat

you have a quick pace
you have a slow velocity
you have an unreasoned race
yet slow to cross and see

they have yet to understand
that you're unrolling your plan
of abomination and creation
of teaching and reaching

I have not learned about you
or your ways and how you do
You're a republican and I'm a democrat
I know that you have secrets and the charms of a cat
